Why would someone's comments suddenly get greyed out, when they've been an author on Kinja since the beginning, is followed by Jalopnik and Oppo, and has never been greyed out before? WTF?

Happened to me earlier today. On here. Where I'm an admin. I wouldn't worry.

Happened to me temporarily the other day. I went to jalopnik, wrote a post there, and selected the post location to Oppo and that fixed it for me, for some reason.
